These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of photo booth rental services provided by Clickprint Instant Photobooth (“we”, “our”, “us”) across Gujarat. By confirming a booking with us — through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or by paying the advance — you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms in full.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client pays the advance (see Section 2) and receives a written confirmation from us (email, WhatsApp or SMS). Verbal or tentative enquiries do not reserve a date. Dates are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance is payable at the time of booking to block the date and equipment.
- 50% balance is payable on or before the event day, prior to the booth going live.
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, IMPS/NEFT bank transfer, and cash. All applicable taxes are extra unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
- A receipt / invoice will be issued on request.
3. Advance is Non-Refundable
The 50% advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation by the Client (regardless of notice period).
- Postponement or change of event date, unless mutually agreed in writing and subject to slot availability (in which case the advance may be adjusted against the new date once, at our discretion).
- Change of venue that we cannot service.
- Event being cut short or cancelled on the day for any reason not attributable to us.
This advance covers date-blocking, planning, template design, transport scheduling, and lost opportunity cost from turning away other enquiries on the same date.
4. Event Coverage & Timing
- Booth operational hours are as per the package booked (e.g. 3 hours, 4 hours). The clock starts at the agreed start time regardless of guest arrival delays.
- Extra hours beyond the booked package will be charged at our published hourly rate and must be confirmed on-site before being rendered.
- Our team requires a minimum of 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown. Please plan venue access accordingly.
5. Venue Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for arranging, at no cost to us:
- A flat, dry, covered area of approximately 10 ft x 10 ft for the booth.
- A dedicated 15-amp / 230V power outlet within 5 metres.
- Stable Wi-Fi or 4G coverage if instant digital sharing is part of the package.
- Any venue permissions, parking, security passes, or entry fees required.
6. Damage to Booth & Equipment
Our photo booth hardware, cameras, printers, props and lighting are specialised and expensive equipment. If any harm, damage, theft or loss occurs to the booth or any accessory due to actions of the Client, their guests, staff, or venue personnel — whether intentional, negligent, or accidental — the Client shall be fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement at current market value.
Examples include but are not limited to: liquids spilled on equipment, physical impact or tipping, unauthorised handling by guests, theft of props, and damage from unsafe power supply at the venue.
7. Use of Photos & Videos for Marketing
By booking our service, the Client and their guests agree that photographs and short videos captured by the photo booth during the event may be used by Clickprint Instant Photobooth for marketing, portfolio, social media, website, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must notify us in writing before the event date.
8. Photo Delivery
- Physical prints are delivered on-site during the event.
- Digital copies are available 24 hours after the event via a private download link.
- Digital copies remain accessible for 30 days, after which they may be deleted from our storage. Clients are advised to download and back up within this window.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, riots, pandemics, government restrictions, venue lockdowns, major traffic disruption, or vehicle breakdown en route. In such cases we will attempt to reschedule in good faith; however, the non-refundable advance clause in Section 3 continues to apply.
10. Client Conduct & Safety
The Client is expected to ensure that guests use the booth respectfully. Our on-site team reserves the right to pause or stop the service without refund if our staff face harassment, unsafe conditions, intoxicated aggression, or conduct that damages equipment or poses risk to personnel.
11. Customisation & Branding
Custom templates, monograms, brand overlays and themed props are designed based on the details and assets provided by the Client. Final approval must be given at least 48 hours before the event. Changes requested after approval or on event day may not be accommodated.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability under any booking — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost memories, emotional distress, or third-party claims.
13. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
14. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your booking confirmation applies to that booking.
