• Booking details — name, phone number, email address, event date, event type, venue address, guest count, and product preference submitted through our contact form or over WhatsApp / phone.
• Event photos & videos — images and short clips captured by our photo booths during your event.
• Website usage data — anonymised analytics (page views, device type, referrer) collected via Google Analytics for performance monitoring.
• Payment confirmation details — transaction reference and amount. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your booking, coordinate setup, and deliver the service you purchased.
• To send booking confirmations, invoices, and event-day logistics via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To share event photos with you through a download link or gallery.
• To feature photo booth setups, crowd shots, and candid moments on our website, Instagram, portfolio, and marketing materials (see Section 3).
• To improve our services and the performance of this website.

3. Use of Photos for Marketing

By booking a photo booth with Clickprint Instant Photobooth, you agree that photos and short videos captured during your event may be used by us for marketing purposes — including social media posts, our website, portfolio, Instagram reels, advertisements, and promotional materials. If you would prefer your event photos not be used for marketing, please inform us in writing before your event date and we will honour your request.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our on-site team members for the purpose of delivering your event service.
• Payment processors for processing your advance and final balance.
• Government or legal authorities where disclosure is required by Indian law.

5. Data Retention

Event photos are made available for download 24 hours after your event and remain accessible for up to 30 days, after which they may be deleted from our storage. Booking records (contact details, invoices) are retained for up to 3 financial years to meet Indian tax and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by writing to us at contact@clickprintphotobooth.in.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to book our services.

Our services are booked by adults on behalf of themselves or their event guests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photos of minors captured during events fall under the responsibility of the parent / event organiser who hired us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
